Dog Show Application

Dog Show Time 12:45 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

All dogs must be on a leash.

You are responsible for your dog (and the poop!).

Dogs must have on a current rabies tag.

ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE DOG SHOW GO TO
THE MARION COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY


Registration fee $5:


(Turn in forms by 12-noon, Oct. 30th, at the MCHS booth.)
Forms maybe picked up at the Chamber of Commerce office in City Hall.
A drawing from all registration forms will be held for "Dog of the Day."
