Dog Show Application

Parade
"Puttin' on the Dawg"


Dog Show Time 2:30 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
on Stage 1

All dogs must be on a leash.

You are responsible for your dog (and the poop!).

Dogs must have on a current rabies tag.

ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE DOG SHOW GO TO
THE MARION COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY


Registration fee $5:


(Turn in forms by 12-noon, Oct. 31st, at the MCHS booth located near stage 2.)
Forms maybe picked up at the Chamber of Commerce office in City Hall.
A drawing from all registration forms will be held for "Dog of the Day."
