Dog Show Application


Marion County Humane Society
Parade
"Puttin' on the Dawg"


Dog Show 1:15 P.M. - 1:45 P.M.
on Stage 1 (near the courthouse)

All dogs must be on a leash.

You are responsible for your dog (and the poop).

Dogs must have on a current rabies tag.
Registration fee $5:


(Turn in forms by 12-noon, Oct. 25th, at the MCHS booth.)
Forms maybe picked up at the Chamber of Commerce office in City Hall.
A drawing from all registration forms will be held for "Dog of the Day."
